Fill your freezer with Valli Hi Black Angus Beef! You pay a Deposit for future fulfillment. We will need to fit your order into our schedule! You will get an "automatic web generated email" saying it will be ready Tomorrow morning, IT WILL NOT BE READY . . . We have to put your beef on our schedule and get your personal instructions on how you want your meat cut! PLEASE call to schedule your beef time slot and set a date for picking your order up directly from the butcher.
1/4 Beef by the Hang Weight - this means you get to specify your cut instructions with the butcher... like thinner or thicker steaks, smaller or bigger roasts, want specialty cuts? This is the option for you! Pay $6.75/lb on the Hang weight, this includes all butcher cut and wrap fees. If you'd prefer non-USDA cut and wrap then it is $6.65/lb, everything is cut, handled, and packaged the same, there just isn't a USDA inspector watching it the whole time and your pkgs will say "Not For Sale" on them and will not have the USDA stamp.
What is the difference between 1/4 Beef by the hang wt and the 1/4 Beef Bundle?
- Price and lbs will vary - Hang wt = more $ and more lbs! Avg price is between $1012 -$1300 for ~ 95-115 lbs. (Bundle = $949 for 90 lbs)
- Cuts - you choose the way your meat is cut, there is a bit less variety of cuts, but you receive more of each cut (Bundle you can choose a variety of smaller cuts, sausages, & patties)
- You can not choose both bone-in & bone-out options by the hang wt unless you pay extra for specialty cuts - Specialty cut orders are $6.85/lb on the hang wt. (Bundles can have a variety of bone-in & bone-out)
Both are Great ways to Fill your Freezer, you choose which one you prefer!
