Bulk beef discount! Want to buy a lot of Valli Hi Black Angus Beef?  Take a look at our 1/4 Bundle ~ 90 lbs of beef! This is a personalized bundle; meaning once you order it, we will contact you for your preferences on some of the items and let you know When it will be available. They are typically only available when we bring in a new batch of beef every week or two, you shouldn't have to wait longer than 1-2 weeks for it, unless we have a wait list. If you prefer, you can choose the $400 deposit and pay the remaining balance when we contact you to get your order.

4 Ribeyes (2 pkgs of 2 steaks)
Choose either: -  4 Tenderloins + 4 New York Strips OR -  4 T-Bone Steaks (2 pkgs of 2 steaks)
1 - Flat Iron or Flank or Blade Steak
4 Top Sirloin Steaks (2 pkgs of 2 steaks)
6 Sirloin Tip Steaks (3 pkgs of 2 steaks) - or 1 Sirloin Tip Roast
6 pkgs either cubed steaks, stew meat, or stir fry
