1/2 Beef Deposit

Fill your freezer with Valli Hi Black Angus Beef! You pay a Deposit for future fulfillment. We will need to fit your order into our schedule! Please call to schedule your beef time slot. We will talk with you and get your personal instructions on how you want your meat cut and set a date for picking your order up directly from the butcher. On average, you will receive between 190-260 lbs. of cut and wrapped beef (varies depending on beef size). After the deposit, the full price depends on the size. It is $5.10/pound hang weight + butcher fees and average around $2000-2400 total depending on weight (including butcher prices).
