Taco Salad

Taco salad on a hot summer day just hits all the right spots when you think about how light and refreshing this dinner, or lunch is. With just a few ingredients and 10 minutes of your time you'll be wanting this once a week.
Simply brown your ground beef and pour over a bed of nacho chips. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, beans, avocado and cheese. Then pour your dressing mix over the top.
You can add whatever topping you want to this salad! It's that easy!
What you'll need:
• 1lb Ground beef
•Onion
•Lettuce
•Tomatoes
•Avocados
•Beans – Kidney or Pinto (drained)
•Cheese – grated
•Nacho chips
Dressing Mix:
•1 C. mayonnaise
•1 C. picante’ sauce or salsa
