Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Lets start making dinner by rolling our meatballs and getting them ready to cook up. You'll want to mix all ingredients and shape into whatever size meatballs you'd like. Cook in fry pan on medium heat and roll them around until brown and cooked through. Drain fat and mix brown sugar & cornstarch in pan.  Stir in pineapple (with juice), vinegar & soy sauce.  Heat to boil, stirring constantly; reduce heat.  Add meatballs and cover & simmer, stirring occasionally, about 10 mins.  Stir in green pepper and cover. simmer until crisp-tender about 5 mins.


Meatballs:
•1 lb hamburger                                                      
•1 tsp. salt
•1/2 C. dry bread crumbs                                         
•1/2 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 C. milk                                                                 
•1 egg
•2 Tbsp. onion - diced
     

Sweet & Sour Sauce:
•1/3 C. vinegar
•1/2 C. packed brown sugar                                      
•1 Tbsp. soy sauce
•1 Tbsp. cornstarch                                              
•1 small green pepper, chopped
1 (13¼ oz.) can pineapple chuncks
      Cook meatballs in fry pan, remove.  Drain fat from pan, mix brown sugar & cornstarch in pan.  Stir in pineapple (with juice), vinegar & soy sauce.  Heat to boil, stirring constantly; reduce heat.  Add meatballs, cover & simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 mins.  Stir in green pepper, cover, simmer until crisp-tender about 5 mins.
