Mushroom Steak & Rice

Add vegitable oil to a pan and lightly fry tenderized steak, then put it in a 9X13 casserole dish & cover with soup & rice mix. To make the soup/rice mix simply combine 1 can cream of mushroom and 2 cans of water and stir. Wash about 1/2 - 1 1/2 cups of rice and stir into mushroom soup.  Cover casserole dish with aluminum foil and put in the oven at 325° for about 2 hrs.

•Steak
•1 can cream of mushroom soup,
•2 cans of water and stir.
•1/2 - 1 1/2 C. rice
