Hamburger Stroganoff

In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onion in butter until onion is tender.  Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms, cook 5 minutes stirring constantly.  Remove from heat.
     
Stir in soup & simmer uncovered 10 mins. Next, stir in sour cream & heat thoroughly.  Serve over noodles and sprinkle with snipped parsley. 

Ingredients:

•1 lb. hamburger, drained                
•1 can (8 oz.) mushrooms, drained
•1 med. onion, chopped                  
•1 can (10½ oz.) cream of chicken soup
•1/4 cup butter                                  
•1 can beef consumme
•2 Tbsp. flour                                  
•1 c. dairy sour cream
•1 tsp. salt                                        
•2 cups cooked noodles
•1 tsp. garlic salt                              
•snipped parsley
•1/4 tsp. pepper
     


Yields:
4-6 servings.
