Hamburger Soup

Brown 1 lb. hamburger and set aside. Sauté garlic, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery and pepper til soft and slightly browned. Next, add in burger, liquids, seasonings, 4 cups water and 2 beef bouillon cubs or beef bone broth. Bring to a simmer till ready to serve, enjoy!

Ingredients:

•4 cloves Garlic
•1 c. chopped onion 
•1 c. diced carrots
•1 c. diced celery                    
•1 c. cubed potatoes or sweet potatoes
•1 pepper diced     
•1 tbsp. parsley
•1/2 tbsp. basil
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
•1 tsp. onion powder
•1 tsp garlic powder
• salt & pepper to taste
