Finger steaks

Finger steaks are such a delicious comfort food for any kind of night. Its one of my favorite. All you need to do is whip up this easy finger steak batter and dip your cubed steak or beef sirloin steak in it and marinade for atleast 1 hour. If you have a deep fryer throw it in when its ready or fill a pan with enough oil to cover your cubed steak and wait for the oil to be hot before you put your finger steaks in. Once done I like to lay out on a paper towel to absorb excess oil and then set in the oven to keep warm while I finish up the remaining finger steaks.
Finger Steak Batter Ingredients:
•1 C. flour
•1 tsp. salt
•1 tsp. garlic powder
•1 egg
•1 tsp. baking powder •
1 C. milk
•1 ½ tsp. sugar
•Cubed steak or beef sirloin steak (1/4" strips)
•Vegetable Oil
