Beef Marinade 2

Ingredients:
•1 cup soy sauce
•1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
•1 cup honey
•1/2 c. chopped onion
•2 Tbsp. white vinegar
•3/4 c. canola oil
•1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
•1. c soy sauce
•1 cup ketchup
Mix in a glass 13x9” pan, add meat, and let marinate for 12 hours, turning meat every 3-4 hours, keep covered with plastic and keep it refrigerated.
(For chicken – marinade with skins, then remove skins before stir frying.)
